ColoringLands License Policy

License policies can sound formal, but at ColoringLands we keep things simple. You may use our free coloring pages for your own enjoyment, for example on a quiet Sunday evening at home, or in a small classroom where children need a creative break. What you may not do is sell the coloring pages, claim them as your own, or use them as promotional material for a brand. This policy explains what is and is not allowed under Dutch copyright law.

Imagine this: you print ten pages for a family activity, the children color along, and you keep the rest in a folder at home. That is exactly what our pages are made for.

1) Core Principles

  • Personal and noncommercial use: free to use for private purposes and in unpaid educational settings.
  • No sale or redistribution: our files and images may not be offered or sold elsewhere.
  • Share by linking: feel free to link to coloringlands.nl, but never upload the PDF or image yourself.
  • Respect copyright: all rights remain with ColoringLands and any contributing artists.
  • As is: our materials are provided without warranties; use is always at your own risk.

2) License Grant

ColoringLands grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use, print, and lightly edit our digital content (“Items”) worldwide for personal use. This license lasts indefinitely within the terms of this policy and may be updated by us when needed.

3) What You May Do

  • Print and color pages for yourself, your family, or a small group of students.
  • Make small adjustments, such as thicker lines for young children.
  • Use them in class: teachers may hand out copies as long as students do not pay for them.
  • Share links: post the URL of the correct page on your blog or social media with a short description.
  • Save for later: you may keep the PDF in your personal folder.

4) What You May Not Do

  • No selling: our Items may not be sold, rented, or included in paid bundles.
  • No redistribution: do not upload or share the files through websites, apps, cloud folders, or newsletters; share the link instead.
  • No brand use: our Items may not be used in a logo, brand identity, or marketing campaign.
  • No ownership claims: copyright and trademarks always remain with ColoringLands.
  • No commercial crafts: making physical products for resale is prohibited.
  • No AI training or datasets: our content may not be used to train AI models or added to datasets.
